Scuba diving in a frozen lake

Hundreds of residents of Irkutsk Province, in eastern Siberia, celebrated a dip in the frozen waters of Lake Baikal.
Dozens of children participated in this celebration, which is held annually after the diving of Christ in the Jordan River by John the Baptist.

This is one of the means of treatment of many diseases, diving in the frozen water.
